Privacy policy and terms of use (Thai first, English below each part)

1. เราคือใคร

TukTuk ABC (tuktukabc.com) คือเว็บเกมฝึกภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเด็ก ให้บริการโดย บริษัท เฟล็กซ์ เชลล์ จำกัด (Flex Shell Co., Ltd.) ประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ติดต่อเราได้ทาง LINE @471zvgyf

TukTuk ABC is an English-learning game website for children, run by Flex Shell Co., Ltd., Thailand, which is the data controller. Contact us on LINE @471zvgyf.

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

เราไม่เก็บ: ชื่อจริง รูปถ่าย เสียงของลูก ตำแหน่งที่อยู่ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ และไม่มีโฆษณาหรือระบบติดตามโฆษณา ไม่ขายข้อมูล

We keep: your child's nickname, age, favourite animal and game answers (right/wrong, how fast, which wrong answer) and Kru Tuk's lesson plan; a random account ID and when you gave consent; and only if you choose to connect them, your LINE user ID (not your name, picture or phone number) and/or email. We never collect real names, photos, your child's voice, location or contacts. No ads, no ad tracking, we never sell data.

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

ครูตุ๊กไม่ใช่แชท AI เด็กไม่ได้คุยกับ AI ทุกประโยคที่เด็กได้ยินเป็นข้อความที่เขียนไว้แล้วและมีคนตรวจ ตัวเลขในรายงานมาจากคำตอบจริงเท่านั้น AI ช่วยแค่เรียบเรียงประโยคสั้นๆ จากตัวเลขที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน

We use the data to plan your child's lessons, to show progress in the parent area and to send weekly reports (if you connect LINE or email), and to keep the service working (anonymous error counts). Kru Tuk is not an AI chat: children never talk to AI, everything they hear is fixed text checked by a person. Report numbers come only from real answers; AI only words a short sentence from anonymous numbers.

4. ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยเราประมวลผล

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย

Services that help us: Cloudflare (website, database, voice); Deepgram via Cloudflare (English voice); Google Gemini and ElevenLabs via Cloudflare (Thai voice and the report's short sentence - they receive only Kru Tuk's fixed lines, your child's nickname so Kru Tuk can say it, and anonymous progress numbers); LY Corporation / LINE (weekly report, which contains the nickname); Resend (email, when switched on). These services may process data outside Thailand.

5. เก็บนานแค่ไหน

เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบที่คุณยังใช้งาน คุณลบข้อมูลของลูกแต่ละคนหรือลบทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าผู้ปกครอง บัญชีที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานนานกว่า 2 ปีจะถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติ

We keep data while you use the service. You can delete one child or everything at any time in the parent area. Accounts not used for more than 2 years are deleted automatically.

6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

Your rights: see and download everything (parent area → Download my data); delete data and withdraw consent (parent area → Delete everything); disconnect LINE anytime; ask or complain to us on LINE @471zvgyf, or to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. ความปลอดภัยของเด็ก

ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีแชท ไม่มีลิงก์ออกไปเว็บอื่นในส่วนของเด็ก หน้าผู้ปกครองมีคำถามสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ก่อนเข้า ข้อมูลในเครื่องถูกเก็บไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของเครื่องนั้น (ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ติดตาม)

No ads, no chat, no links out of the children's area. The parent area is behind a grown-up question. Progress on the phone is kept in the browser's own storage (no tracking cookies).

8. ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

Terms: TukTuk ABC is free for now; a parent signs up and consents for their child. We work to keep content correct and safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or pause. Don't misuse it (e.g. trying to reach other people's data or sending unusual amounts of requests). If paid plans come later, prices and conditions will be shown clearly first and we will never charge without consent.
