1. บริการของเรา

TukTuk ABC (tuktukabc.com) คือเกมฝึกภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเด็ก ให้บริการโดย บริษัท เฟล็กซ์ เชลล์ จำกัด (Flex Shell Co., Ltd.) ประเทศไทย ผู้ปกครองต้องเป็นผู้สมัครและให้ความยินยอมแทนลูก การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

TukTuk ABC is an English-learning game for children, run by Flex Shell Co., Ltd., Thailand. A parent signs up and consents for their child. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

2. ราคาและการชำระเงิน

8 ด่านแรกเล่นฟรี พรีเมียมราคา ฿199 ต่อ 30 วัน ราคารวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว
ราคาเปิดตัว: 1,000 ครอบครัวแรกที่ชำระเงิน จ่ายเพียง ฿99 ต่อ 30 วัน และได้ราคานี้ต่อไปตราบที่ต่ออายุภายใน 7 วันหลังวันหมดอายุ
ชำระผ่าน PromptPay เข้าบัญชีของบริษัท แล้วอัปโหลดสลิป ระบบจะตรวจสลิปและเปิดพรีเมียมให้ทันที
ไม่มีการตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ ชำระแต่ละครั้งได้ 30 วัน ถ้าต่ออายุก่อนหมด วันที่เหลือจะถูกนับต่อ

The first 8 levels are free. Premium is ฿199 per 30 days, VAT included. Opening price: the first 1,000 paying families pay only ฿99 per 30 days and keep that price as long as they renew within 7 days after it ends. Pay by PromptPay to the company's account and upload the slip; it is checked and Premium opens right away. Nothing is charged automatically: each payment gives 30 days, and renewing early adds on to the days left. Ask for a tax invoice through the contact form.

3. การยกเลิก

เนื่องจากไม่มีการตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ คุณไม่ต้องยกเลิกอะไร แค่ไม่ต่ออายุ พรีเมียมจะใช้ได้จนครบวันที่จ่ายไว้ หลังจากนั้นลูกยังเล่น 8 ด่านแรกได้ และข้อมูลพัฒนาการทั้งหมดยังอยู่ ถ้ากลับมาต่ออายุ ลูกจะเล่นต่อจากเดิมได้เลย

Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel: just don't renew. Premium keeps working until the end of the days you paid for. After that your child can still play the first 8 levels and all progress is kept; renew any time to carry on where they stopped.

4. การคืนเงิน

การชำระเงินครั้งแรกของแต่ละครอบครัว: ถ้าไม่พอใจ ขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังชำระ
โอนซ้ำ โอนเกิน หรือโอนผิดยอด: เราคืนเงินส่วนนั้นให้เสมอ
ถ้าระบบของเราใช้งานไม่ได้เป็นเวลานาน เราจะชดเชยเป็นจำนวนวันใช้งาน
นอกเหนือจากนี้ ไม่มีการคืนเงินสำหรับวันที่เหลือ แต่ยังใช้งานได้จนครบกำหนด

First payment of each family: a full refund within 7 days if you're not happy. Double payments, overpayments or wrong amounts: always refunded. If our service is down for a long time, we add free days. Otherwise there is no refund for unused days, but Premium keeps working until it ends. Ask through the contact form with the date and amount; we transfer the money back to your account within 7 working days.

5. การใช้งานที่ไม่อนุญาต

ห้ามใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด เช่น พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้อื่น ใช้สลิปปลอมหรือสลิปของผู้อื่น หรือส่งคำขอจำนวนมากผิดปกติ เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ทำเช่นนี้

Don't misuse the service, e.g. trying to reach other people's data, using fake or someone else's slips, or sending unusual amounts of requests. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. บริการและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราพยายามให้เนื้อหาถูกต้องและปลอดภัย แต่บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" และอาจมีการปรับปรุงหรือหยุดชั่วคราว ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนราคาหรือข้อตกลงนี้ เราจะแจ้งในเว็บไซต์ก่อน และราคาใหม่จะไม่กระทบวันที่คุณจ่ายไปแล้ว

We work to keep content correct and safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or pause. If we change prices or these terms, we will say so on the website first; a new price never affects days you have already paid for.
