Who is it for? Children aged 2–12. Today's content fits ages 4–8 best (letters, sounds, words, reading words); more for older children is coming. From age 5 a short quiz finds the right starting level.

My child knows no English. Can they play? Yes. Kru Tuk explains everything out loud in Thai, with pictures, green for right and a sound for wrong. Children can play before they can read.

How much does it cost? Free during launch. After that the first 8 levels stay free and Premium is ฿199 per 30 days; the first 1,000 families pay only ฿99.

Will I be charged automatically? No. You pay by PromptPay for 30 days at a time. If you don't renew, Premium simply stops; there is nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund? Your first payment can be fully refunded within 7 days, and double or wrong payments are always refunded. Details are on the terms page.

What do you store about my child? Nickname, age, favourite animal and game answers, to plan lessons. No real name, photos or voice recordings, no ads, and you can delete everything any time in the parent area.

Does my child talk to an AI? No. Kru Tuk is not an AI chat. Children never type to or talk with AI; what they hear is fixed text checked by a Thai speaker.

What is the LINE report? Every Sunday Kru Tuk sends a LINE summary: days played, how much was right, what got better and what is still hard. Every number comes from your child's real answers.

How long should my child play? About 10–15 minutes a day is enough. The default limit is 15 minutes, then Kru Tuk suggests a rest. You can change it in the parent area.

Does it work on phones and tablets? Yes. Open tuktukabc.com in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and tap "Add to Home Screen" to use it like an app.
